Layers in Creative Agencies

Creative Agencies are built in layers.

There are layers (or dare I say spirals) to arts, media and engineering. Since I am not "technically" an engineer, I will focus on the first two. Yesterday, I was talking about how film & media businesses all take 2 perspectives: 1. a Brand 2. a System Let's break it down. The overall context to understand while we are learning together is this: I am running a business where I provide media & film production services. The key words are BUSINESS & PRODUCTION. Business, the definition: An organization or activity that creates, delivers, and captures value" & Production: The process of creating something of value by transforming inputs (ideas resources, labor, tools, etc.) into a finished output. The value exchange here is curated media & film (and sometimes web development). But at the heart of it, what are the perspectives of Brand and/or of a System? The product I deliver practically is really either a video(s), photo(s) software(s) or website(s). The medium can be either physical or digital. But intangibly, I deliver a Brand & a System, packaged in order for an influencer to plug-and-play their offers. We are not creating a "video". I am creating BRAND & A SYSTEM. The playbook is my responsibility to create, the vision is YOURS. Since we are talking about layers, this is the core foundation of what is inside of THE AUTHORITY ENGINE packages, starting with the FREE download of the breakdown of the philosophy of the offer, the system one can create, and even the pricing structures + how it reflects one's brand.
